Dr. Günther Beckstein will consult the National Strategy for Security and Public Order preparations
Former President of Bavaria province and also former Interior Minister of Bavaria and Mr. Christian Hegemer - head of the Institute for International Relations and Cooperation, Hans Seidel Foundation, had a meeting with Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov
Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov had talks with Dr. Günther Beckstein - former President of Bavaria province and also former Interior Minister of Bavaria, and Mr. Christian Hegemer - head of the Institute for International Relations and Cooperation, Hans Seidel Foundation. During the meeting joint projects of the Ministry of Interior and the Foundation were discussed as well as the forthcoming preparations of National Strategy for Security and Public Order, which is among the main priorities of the government. Minister Tsvetanov informed his guests that the process will start in September and the participation of all institutions engaged with these problems shall be sought. Dr. Beckstein accepted the invitation to consult the process of drawing up the conception. It is envisaged in the course of the preparations, public discussions to be arranged, jointly with Hans Seidel Foundation, in order the NGOs’ position to be heard.
